Dave's funeral service and cremation will take place at The Forest of Dean Crematorium on Monday 18th February at 3.30pm. No flowers by request please. If desired, donations in lieu for Beth's Wish at St Michael's Hospice may be placed in the donations box at the crematorium, given online on this page or sent to Collier & Brain Funeral Directors, The Cross, Drybrook, GL17 9ED.
